1. 기본 약관

BOXTAPE는 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(Licensed Application End User License Agreement)을 따라요. 앱의 [이용약관] 링크도 이 문서를 열어요.

아래는 그 위에서 앱 내 구입 「언락」이 무엇인지 쉽게 풀어 쓴 안내예요. 이 안내와 Apple 표준 EULA가 다르면 Apple 표준 EULA가 우선해요.

2. 언락

2.1 어떤 상품인가요

• 이름: 언락 (BOXTAPE Unlock)
• 종류: 비소모성 앱 내 구입 1개. 한 번 결제하면 끝이고, 구독이나 자동 갱신이 아니에요.
• 가격: 결제 전에 앱 안 버튼에 App Store가 보여 주는 금액이에요. 결제는 Apple이 처리해요.

2.2 무료로 쓸 수 있는 것

• 녹음, 레벨 코칭, 원본 내보내기
• 기본 프리셋 3개(CLEAN, MIC, WILDCARD)로 다듬은 소리 내보내기, 노브 조절 포함, 횟수 제한 없음
• 모든 프리셋, 효과, Pro 소리 들어 보기와 원본 비교
• 받은 프리셋 가져오기, 저장, 내 테이크에 걸어 들어 보기

2.3 언락하면 열리는 것

• 그 밖의 프리셋으로 만든 소리 내보내기
• Pro에서 직접 바꾼 소리 내보내기
• 받은 프리셋이나 내 프리셋으로 만든 소리 내보내기
• 내 프리셋 저장과 공유(파일, 코드, QR 플라이어)

2.4 약속

• 언락에는 v1의 모든 기능과 이후 v1.x 업데이트가 들어 있어요.
• 버그·호환성 수정은 계속 무료예요.
• 이미 산 기능은 회수하지 않아요. 나중에 큰 판올림(v2 등)이 나오고 그 새 기능이 따로 판매되더라도, 이미 산 v1의 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있어요.
• 광고를 넣지 않아요.

2.5 복원, 다른 기기, 가족 공유

• 같은 Apple 계정의 다른 iPhone에서도 쓸 수 있어요. 설정 > 구매 > [구매 복원], 또는 언락 화면 오른쪽 위 [구매 복원]을 누르세요.
• 가족 공유는 지원하지 않아요. 가족 구성원은 각자 구매해야 해요.

2.6 승인 대기

"구입 승인 요청"을 쓰는 경우, 보호자가 승인하기 전까지 앱은 승인을 기다리는 중이라고 알려 주고 무료 범위는 그대로 열어 둬요. 결제 승인을 기다리는 동안에도 다시 시도할 수 있어요(언락 화면이나 설정 > 구매 > [언락 알아보기]).

2.7 환불

• 환불은 Apple이 심사하고 처리해요. 언락한 기기에서는 설정 > 구매 > [환불 요청]으로 Apple의 환불 요청 화면을 열 수 있어요. Apple의 문제 신고 페이지(reportaproblem.apple.com)에서도 요청할 수 있어요.
• 환불되면 언락으로 열린 기능이 다시 잠겨요. 그래도 녹음과 프리셋 파일은 지우지 않아요.

2.8 인터넷이 없을 때

마지막으로 확인한 언락 상태를 기기에 기억해 두고 그대로 써요. BOXTAPE 서버는 없어요. 인터넷은 App Store 결제와 복원에만 쓰여요.

3. 내 녹음과 프리셋

• 녹음과 내가 만든 프리셋은 내 것이에요. 저희는 볼 수도, 가져갈 수도 없어요.
• 받은 프리셋은 앱이 열기 전에 값의 범위를 검사하고 안전한 범위로 맞춰요. 이름, 메모 같은 글은 보낸 사람이 쓴 것이고 저희가 확인하지 않아요.
• 프리셋이나 소리를 공유할 때 다른 사람의 권리(남의 음원, 이름 등)를 침해하지 않게 해 주세요.

4. 「기본 처리만」 표시

「기본 처리만」은 EQ, 컴프, 리미터, 리버브만 녹음 전체에 똑같이 걸었다는 사실 표시예요. 특정 대회에서 받아들여진다는 보증이 아니에요. 대회마다 허용하는 처리가 다르니 제출하기 전에 그 대회 안내를 확인해 주세요.

1. Base terms

BOXTAPE is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The Terms link in the app opens it.

Below is a plain explanation of the "Unlock" in-app purchase on top of it. If anything here differs from Apple's standard EULA, Apple's standard EULA wins.

2. The unlock

2.1 What it is

• Name: BOXTAPE Unlock
• Type: one non-consumable in-app purchase. You pay once. It's not a subscription and never renews.
• Price: the amount the App Store shows on the button in the app before you pay. Apple handles the payment.

2.2 Free

• Recording, level coaching, original exports
• Exports of sounds shaped with the 3 basic presets (CLEAN, MIC, WILDCARD), knobs included, no limit
• Listening to every preset, effect and Pro sound, and comparing with the original
• Importing and saving received presets, and trying them on your takes

2.3 With the unlock

• Export sounds made with the other presets
• Export sounds you changed in Pro
• Export sounds made with received presets or your own presets
• Save and share your own presets (file, code, QR flyer)

2.4 Our promise

• The unlock includes everything in v1 and later v1.x updates.
• Bug and compatibility fixes stay free.
• We never take back what you bought. If a major version (such as v2) comes later and its new features are sold separately, everything you bought in v1 keeps working.
• No ads.

2.5 Restore, other devices, Family Sharing

• Use it on your other iPhones signed in to the same Apple Account: tap Settings > Purchase > Restore purchase, or Restore purchase at the top right of the unlock screen.
• Family Sharing isn't available for the unlock. Each family member buys their own.

2.6 Waiting for approval

With Ask to Buy, the app shows that it's waiting for approval until a parent approves, and everything free stays open. You can try again while you wait for payment approval (on the unlock screen, or Settings > Purchase > See unlock).

2.7 Refunds

• Apple reviews and handles refunds. On a device with the unlock, Settings > Purchase > Request refund opens Apple's refund request sheet. You can also ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• After a refund, features opened by the unlock lock again. Your recordings and preset files are never deleted.

2.8 Offline

The app remembers the last unlock status it confirmed on the device and keeps using it. There's no BOXTAPE server. The internet is used only for App Store purchases and restores.

3. Your recordings and presets

• Your recordings and the presets you make are yours. We can't see them or take them.
• Before opening a received preset, the app checks its values and brings them into a safe range. Text such as the name and notes comes from the sender, and we don't review it.
• When you share presets or sounds, please respect other people's rights (their music, their names and so on).

4. The "Basic chain only" label

"Basic chain only" states a fact: only EQ, compression, limiting and reverb were applied, the same across the whole take. It doesn't guarantee that any competition will accept it. Each competition allows different processing, so check its guidance before you submit.
