- 녹음, 프리셋, 설정은 전부 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장돼요. BOXTAPE 서버는 없어요. 인터넷은 App Store 결제와 복원에만 쓰이고, 이 통신은 Apple이 처리해요.

1. 수집하는 개인정보
없어요. BOXTAPE에는 계정과 로그인이 없고, 저희 서버도 없어요. 앱이 인터넷을 쓰는 곳은 App Store 결제·가격 확인·구매 복원뿐이고, 이 통신은 Apple이 처리해요(아래 4번). 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 기기 식별자, 광고 식별자, 사용 기록을 수집하지 않아요.
2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
아래 정보는 앱이 동작하려고 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장하는 것이에요. 기기 밖으로 보내지 않고, 저희는 이 정보를 볼 수 없어요.

- 기기 백업: iCloud 백업이나 컴퓨터 백업을 켜 두셨다면 이 정보도 iOS가 만드는 기기 백업에 들어갈 수 있어요. 백업은 Apple과 사용자 사이에서 다뤄지고 저희는 볼 수 없어요.
3. 권한과 쓰는 목적

4. 결제
언락은 Apple의 앱 내 구입으로 판매해요. 결제 수단과 결제 정보는 Apple이 처리하고 저희는 받지 않아요. 앱은 Apple이 기기에 제공하는 구매 확인 기능으로 언락 여부만 기기 안에서 확인해요. Apple의 정보 처리는 Apple 개인정보 처리방침을 따라요.
5. 공유와 내보내기
- 프리셋 공유: 사용자가 [파일로 보내기], [코드 복사], [플라이어 이미지]를 누를 때만 만들어지고, 사용자가 고른 앱과 사람에게 사용자가 직접 보내요. 저희 서버를 거치지 않아요.
- 담기는 내용: 프리셋 이름, 처리 설정 값, 원작 표기, 내용 확인 번호(SN), 만든 날짜(날짜만), 앱 버전(파일로 보낼 때), 그리고 사용자가 넣은 경우 이름표·메모·태그.
- 담지 않는 것: 기기 식별자, 구매 상태, 녹음.
- 소리 내보내기: 사용자가 고른 곳으로 오디오 파일(원본 또는 처리본)을 보내요.
- 받는 쪽 앱이나 서비스에서의 처리는 그 서비스의 방침을 따라요.
6. 제3자 제공, 처리 위탁, 국외 이전
없어요. 분석, 광고, 충돌 보고용 외부 SDK를 넣지 않았고, 수집한 정보가 없어 다른 곳에 제공하거나 맡기거나 해외로 옮기는 일도 없어요.
7. 충돌 보고
iPhone 설정에서 "앱 개발자와 공유"를 켜 두셨다면, Apple이 충돌·진단 보고를 개발자에게 전달할 수 있어요. 이 기능은 Apple이 자기 방침에 따라 운영하며, 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 분석 및 향상에서 언제든 끌 수 있어요. 앱 자체는 진단 정보를 기기 밖으로 보내지 않아요.
8. 보유 기간과 파기
저희가 가진 개인정보가 없어서 보관하거나 파기할 것도 없어요. 기기 안의 정보는 위 2번 표의 방법으로 사용자가 직접 지울 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 앱 저장 공간과 설정이 함께 지워져요.
9. 사용자의 권리
저희가 수집한 정보가 없어서 저희에게 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요청할 데이터도 없어요. 기기 안의 데이터는 앱에서 직접 지울 수 있고, 마이크·사진 권한은 iPhone 설정에서 언제든 거둘 수 있어요. 궁금한 점은 아래 문의처로 연락해 주세요.
10. 아동
나이와 관계없이 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않아요. 만 14세 미만 아동도 마찬가지예요. 앱 내 구입은 Apple의 "구입 승인 요청"을 따르고, 승인을 기다리는 동안 앱은 무료로 쓸 수 있는 기능을 그대로 열어 둬요.
11. 안전성 확보
정보가 기기 밖으로 나가지 않는 구조가 가장 큰 보호 장치예요. 기기 안 파일은 iOS 데이터 보호(기기 암호)로 보호되고, 언락 기록은 키체인에 이 기기 전용으로 저장해요.
12. 자동 수집 장치
쿠키, 웹 비콘, 광고 식별자 같은 자동 수집 장치를 쓰지 않아요.

In short
- We don't collect any personal data through the BOXTAPE app.
- Your recordings, presets and settings stay on your device. There's no BOXTAPE server. The internet is used only for App Store purchases and restores, and Apple handles that connection.
- There are no analytics tools, no ads, no tracking and no third-party SDKs.
- Payments are handled by Apple. We never receive your payment details.
- Sharing only happens when you send a file, a code or a QR image to someone you choose. Nothing passes through a server of ours.
1. Data we collect
None. BOXTAPE has no account and no sign-in, and we have no server. The app uses the internet only for App Store purchases, prices and restores, and Apple handles that connection (see section 4). We don't collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, device identifiers, advertising identifier or usage history.
2. Data that stays on your device
The app keeps the following on your device so it can work. None of it leaves the device, and we can't see it.

- Device backups: if you use iCloud Backup or back up to a computer, this data may be part of the backup iOS makes. Backups are between you and Apple, and we can't see them.
3. Permissions and why we use them

4. Payments
The unlock is sold as an Apple in-app purchase. Apple handles your payment method and details, and we don't receive them. The app only checks on the device, through Apple's purchase verification, whether the unlock is owned. Apple's handling of that data follows Apple's privacy policy.
5. Sharing and exports
- Sharing a preset: a file, code or flyer image is made only when you tap Send as file, Copy code or Flyer image, and you send it yourself to the apps and people you choose. It doesn't pass through a server of ours.
- What's inside: the preset name, its processing settings, the original credit, a content check number (SN), the creation date (date only), the app version (file only), and your handle, notes and tags if you added them.
- What's not inside: device identifiers, purchase status, recordings.
- Exporting a sound: the audio file (original or processed) goes where you choose.
- Whatever app or service receives it handles it under its own policy.
6. Third parties, processors and transfers abroad
None. There are no analytics, ad or crash reporting SDKs, and since we collect nothing, we don't share, sell, entrust or transfer personal data to anyone, in any country.
7. Crash reports
If you've turned on "Share With App Developers" in your iPhone settings, Apple may pass crash and diagnostic reports on to developers. Apple runs this under its own policy, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements. The app itself never sends diagnostic data off the device.
8. Retention and deletion
We hold no personal data, so there's nothing for us to keep or delete. You can delete the on-device data yourself as shown in section 2, and deleting the app removes its storage and settings.
9. Your rights
Because we haven't collected anything, there's no data with us to access, correct or delete. You can delete on-device data in the app and withdraw microphone or photo permissions in iPhone Settings anytime. If you have questions, reach us at the contact below. This also means we don't sell or share personal information for any purpose, including under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
10. Children
We don't collect personal data from anyone of any age, children included. In-app purchases follow Apple's Ask to Buy, and while approval is pending, everything that's free stays open.
11. Security
Keeping data on the device is the main safeguard. Files on the device are protected by iOS Data Protection (your passcode), and the unlock record is stored in the keychain for this device only.
12. Automatic collection
We don't use cookies, web beacons, advertising identifiers or anything similar.

14. Changes
